Metal Gear Rex
I am a bit of a geek. I love building model kits and though I managed to stave off this hobby for quite some time, discovering this Rex kit really put a hole in the boat.
So, having built quite a number of model kits in my time, I have to make clear that this kit is by FAR the best quality I have ever encountered. The parts do not even require glue for assembly, yet they fit together almost perfectly. The tolerances on this kit are beyond impressive, and the final model itself is simply amazing.
Fellow reviewers here seem to concur with me. This model is worth every single penny of the £90 or so I paid for it (though it seems the price has increased quite a bit since the release of MGSV).
Essentially, this model is outstanding quality and as another reviewer has said already, it really is as intimidating as hell.
This is a must-have for any nostalgic Metal Gear fan. Buy one before they go out of production. Well done, Kotobukiya.
